The frequently asked questions below are here to help you get the most from the site and also to help you resolve any queries you may have. What are you shipping costs?

FREE Worldwide Postage and packaging is included on all purchases.

Do you ship internationally?

YES. See answer above.

How can I pay for my items?

All transactions are through PayPal. Please note that you don’t need to have a PayPal account or sign up for one to buy from The Remakes and all major credit cards are accepted. Paypal will process your order whether you set up an account or not.

Will my payments be secure?

All orders are 100% secure. Paypal handle all of our payments and as such I never get to see any of your card details.

When will my order get to me?

The FREE Worldwide delivery service for all items from The Remakes usually takes between 3-5 working days to be dispatched and then a further 3-5 working days to arrive from date of posting.

All Limited Edition items usually take 5-7 working days to be dispatched and then a further 3-5 working days to arrive from date of posting.

Please note that I will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before I can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

Can I send my purchase back for a refund or an exchange?

YES you can have a refund or make an exchange up to 30 days after purchase. I do not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or there has been a mistake with your order. Only one exchange per item is allowed. Please visit the contact section stating your order number if you have any issues with your order or want any further information.

Please note that any requested refund will only be processed once the item has been returned in its original condition.
